Markaly is an AI-powered marketing content tool that generates social media captions, Google Business profile descriptions, review reply templates, content calendars, and promotional ideas for Perth small businesses.
Content is generated using Anthropic's Claude AI based on the business information you provide. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect — you should always review and edit AI-generated content before posting.
Markaly offers a free 7-day trial and paid monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
You agree to use Markaly only for legitimate business marketing purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The marketing content generated by Markaly for your business is yours to use. You own it. We don't claim any rights over the content generated for your specific business.
However, you acknowledge that:
Markaly uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we've worked hard to make the output high quality and locally relevant, AI is not perfect. We make no guarantees that:
Always read through generated content before posting. A quick edit goes a long way.
We aim to keep Markaly available at all times but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. There may be occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control (such as Anthropic's API being unavailable).
If the service is down for an extended period, we'll communicate via email and consider appropriate remedies such as extending subscriptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Markaly is not liable for:
Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at hello@markaly.com.au.
We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we'll provide a pro-rata refund for unused subscription time.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify subscribers via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
